Managing Partner
James is the founding partner of the firm. He is a Maltese lawyer specialising mainly in commercial law, corporate matters, financial services legislation, trusts and tax structuring.
Partner
Andrew’s principal areas of practice comprise corporate law, civil law, family and divorce law, employment law and general commercial law.
Director
Vanessa specialises in Compliance, Regulatory and PMLFTR matters and is also the person responsible for the internal Compliance function within the group.
Associate Lawyer
Demi’s main focus areas include Compliance, Data Protection, Corporate law and Litigation. Furthermore, she has recently been appointed as director of the firm’s Trustee & CSP arm, Primei Fiduciary Ltd., where she has the role of assistant Compliance Officer.
Corporate and Residence Administrator
Ivana Dinic joined the firm in August 2021. Ivana attained a Diploma in Legal Administration in 2009 and later she graduated in ‘Criminology and Legal Sciences’ from the University of Novi Pazar, Serbia, in 2013. Her dissertation focused on Organised Crimes in the Balkan Area.
Legal Officer
Sheldon Micallef joined the firm in October 2021 and is currently reading for a Master of Advocacy Degree (M.Adv.) at the University of Malta. In 2022, he graduated from the same University with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) Degree (LL.B. Hons)
