Sheldon Micallef

Sheldon joined the firm in October 2021 as a legal trainee. He graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) Degree from the University of Malta in 2022 following a successful submission of his dissertation entitled: ‘Appeals on a Point of Law from the Industrial Tribunal’s Decisions – Is There an Established Benchmark?’ Subsequently, Sheldon graduated with a Master of Advocacy from the University of Malta in 2023 and was conferred with a Warrant to practice as an Advocate in Malta in 2024.

 

Having done a successful internship with the Department of Industrial and Employment Relations (DIER), Sheldon developed a keen interest in Employment Law.  Within the firm, he mainly works on litigation and dispute resolution cases, with a special focus on Employment and Civil Law matters.
